• 5 ways to use the Crushliner Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil:
• Classic Winged Eyeliner - Apply 3 dots along the lashline from inner to outer corner, connecting the dots for a precise winged look. Use the Touche Eclat illuminating pen to correct mistakes and sharpen the wing.
• Smoky Eyeliner: apply the gel pencil on the lash line and draw a winged line following the natural shape of the eye. Take an eyeshadow brush and gently buff the liner to smooth and blend on the eyelid to create the desired effect. Experiment with different colors for a modern smokey eye.
• Open Liner - For a more graphic pencil, apply Crushliner along the lash line to create a wing and follow the browbone towards the center of the eye, creating an angled graphic shape. For a more adventurous look, add a pop of color with another shade of eyeliner. Ideal with shades of blue or green.
• Negative Space Eyeliner: Apply eyeliner to the lash line as if you were applying a winged pencil, moving the pencil to the outer corner of the eye. Go back to the inner corner and add the trim at the top and bottom, creating a corner and connecting it to the top line. Use the Touche Eclat highlighter pen to finish the lines as you wish.
• Barely Noticeable Eyeliner - Use this technique to add subtle depth to the eye for a natural look. Gently apply the gel liner in smooth motions along the lashline in an upward motion and blend with an eyeshadow brush. Ideal with a soft brown, gray or burgundy eyeliner.
