Vittoria's Perfume advice: For a touch of color at the base of the lashes, use the tip of a brush and pass it several times over the base of the upper lashes.

Blend with the applicator or with your fingers.

For a smokey effect choose a darker shade to draw a line with the tip of a brush from the base of the lashes to the outermost part of the eyebrow.

Then spread the eyeshadow with a brush or fingertips on the eyelid, blending it up to the crease.
