1. Fundamental
For perfect application, make sure the eye area is dry, clean and hydrated.
For best results, prepare the eyelid before applying the eyeshadow with Touche Éclat High Cover Concealer and gently pass your fingertips over the eyelid to blend the product.
2. Enhance
To illuminate the widest area of ​​the eye, apply the iconic Touche Éclat Illuminating Pen YSL on the inner corner of the eye and under the browbone to highlight, but in a natural way. Begin applying eyeshadow with a shade similar to your skin tone to create a soft, shimmering base.
