What are the delivery times?

Shipment to Italy: Packages are shipped within 24-48 hours by express courier, for orders placed before 1.00 pm. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

If shipments are in late, you will receive a communication from our customer service.

For purchases made by bank transfer, the shipments will be made after the payment has been credited.

Shipment abroad: Packages are shipped within a few days by courier or postal service.

If shipments are in late, you will receive a communication from our customer service.

You will receive the parcel approximately in 5-10 days.

What are the delivery costs?
For parcels weighing less than 30 kg and of modest bulk, the shipping costs are: € 5.50 for an amount up to € 50.00, via Express Courier, for a cost equal to or greater than € 50.00 shipping costs are set at € 1.99. For payment in cash on delivery (cash on delivery) there is a supplement of € 4.00. Abroad shipping costs depend on the country of destination.  

Can I pay with a prepaid card?
Yes, we accept prepaid cards also with Postepay.

Which prepaid cards are usable?
All prepaid rechargeable cards from the Visa and Mastercard circuits.

Can I receive free or against payment of perfume samples?

Yes, you can order the samples in our online shop. In addition, with purchases we always give our customers free samples. Alternatively, we have activated a service of perfume-soaked mouillettes and carefully coated only upon order. The service provides for the sending of a maximum of 4 fragrances. The request can be made by placing an order in the "message" box.

Can I buy testers?
No. The sale of testers is strictly prohibited by the distribution companies and the parent companies.
