What are the delivery times?

Shipment to Italy: Packages are shipped within 24-48 hours by express courier, for orders placed before 1.00 pm. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

If shipments are in late, you will receive a communication from our customer service.

For purchases made by bank transfer, the shipments will be made after the payment has been credited.

Shipment abroad: Packages are shipped within 24-48 hours whit Express Courier.

If shipments are in late, you will receive a communication from our customer service.

You will receive the parcel approximately in 5-10 days.

What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are € 2.95 euros (+ 4 euros if you choose cash on delivery as a payment method) for orders of less than € 50.00. For orders equal to or greater than € 50.00 the shipping costs are set at € 0.99 (+ € 4.00 if you choose the cash on delivery. Abroad shipping costs depends by the country to ship.

Can I pay with a prepaid card?
Yes, we accept prepaid cards also with Postepay.

Which prepaid cards are usable?
All prepaid rechargeable cards from the Visa and Mastercard circuits.

Can I receive free or against payment of perfume samples?

The sending of samples without the presence of an order is not foreseen as the sales policy of Vittoria Profumi intends to comply with the corporate directives of the parent companies. Alternatively we have activated a service to send perfume-soaked mouillettes and carefully coated to avoid losing their essence or altering their fragrance. Sending is free. To receive them, send an email with the shipping address and fragrance list (maximum 4) to valentina@vittoriaprofumi.com.

Can I buy testers?
No. The sale of testers is strictly prohibited by the distribution companies and the parent companies.

Can I replace a product purchased online?

If the product has not been opened, used, sprayed and if the package is perfectly intact the product can be replaced. Shipping costs are charged to the customer
